  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 English cucumbers, cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 2 mangoes, cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint

How to make this recipe
