Mango-Black Pepper Dressing

  • SERVINGS: make about 3/4 cup
  • FAST
  1. 1/3 cup olive oil
  2. 2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  3. 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
  4. 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  7. 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh mango
  1. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, vinegar, black pepper, salt, sugar and red pepper; whisk to blend. Add the mango and whisk again.
Serve With Spicy greens like mizuna.
