Drink consultant Simon Ford's Mandarin & Jasmine Tea Martini was inspired by cocktail pioneer Audrey Saunders's Earl Grey Marteani, made with tea-infused gin, lemon juice and egg white.

  • 1 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1 large egg white
  • Ice
  • 1 edible orchid (optional)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Jasmine Tea–Mandarin Vodka

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except the ice and orchid and shake well for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake for another 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the orchid.
