- 2 ounces Mezcal
- 1/2 ounce Bénédictine (brandy-based herbal liqueur)
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce orgeat (almond-flavored syrup)
- 1/2 large egg white
- Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg and 1 orange twist, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnishes and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with the grated nutmeg and orange twist.
