2 ounces barrel-aged Old Tom gin
1/2 ounce Amaro Montenegro
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
1 ounce chilled Prosecco
1 lemon twist, for garnish
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, amaro, lemon juice and Simple Syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe, top with the Prosecco and garnish with the lemon twist.
