- 2 tarragon sprigs
- 1 ounce gin
- 1/2 ounce Cognac
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons peach puree (see Note)
- 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce chilled brut Champagne
How to make this recipe
Tear 1 tarragon sprig and drop it into a cocktail shaker.
