- 2 ounces Raspberry Syrup
- 2 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of orange flower water
- 1 medium egg white
- 3 raspberries skewered on a pick, for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all of the ingredients except ice and the skewered raspberries and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the skewered raspberries.
