How to Make It

Step

In a warmed mug or heatproof glass, combine the Ginger Syrup, licorice tea bag, chamomile flowers and rosemary sprig. Pour the boiling water on top and let steep for 5 minutes. Press the liquid from the tea bag and remove the bag, the chamomile flowers and the rosemary sprig. Squeeze the lemon wedge over the drink and drop it in.
