- 1 large ice cube
- 2 ounces Lillet blanc
- 1 ounce gentian aperitif, such as Salers or Suze
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes of orange bitters
- Small pinch of salt, for garnish
How to make this recipe
- Place the ice cube in a chilled rocks glass. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Sprinkle the salt on the ice.
