The name of this drink's primary ingredient, pisco, is said to be derived from the word "bird" in Quechua, a native South American language.

cocktails Glassware Guide

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces Strawberry-Pineapple pisco
  3. 1/2 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  4. 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  5. 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  6. 1 teaspoon Simple Syrup
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients and shake well. Strain the drink into a chilled coupe.
