Lime Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 28 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this flavored syrup with our Paradise Punch recipe.

  1. Finely grated zest of 5 limes
  2. 16 ounces fresh lime juice
  3. 12 ounces Simple Syrup
  1. In a pitcher, combine the lime zest, juice and Simple Syrup and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Strain into a large container, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
