- Finely grated zest of 5 limes
- 16 ounces fresh lime juice
- 12 ounces Simple Syrup
- In a pitcher, combine the lime zest, juice and Simple Syrup and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Strain into a large container, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
