Lime-Garlic Vinaigrette

  • SERVINGS: MAKES ABOUT 1/2 CUP

  1. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  3. 1 garlic clove, minced
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  6. 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves
  1. Whisk the vinegar, lime juice, garlic and salt together in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly until thickened. Stir in the basil just before using
Serve With Balmy Crab Salad
