Lime-Garlic Vinaigrette

  • Servings: MAKES ABOUT 1/2 CUP


  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh basil leaves

How to make this recipe

  1. Whisk the vinegar, lime juice, garlic and salt together in a small bowl. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking constantly until thickened. Stir in the basil just before using
