  1. 2 tablespoons seltzer
  2. 1/4 cup Lillet Blanc
  3. 1 strip of orange zest
  4. 1/2 teaspoon Cointreau
  1. Pour the Lillet, Cointreau and seltzer over ice in a shaker. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the orange zest over the drink and drop it in.
