Recipe: Lillet Fizz

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup Lillet Blanc
  2. 1/2 teaspoon Cointreau
  3. 2 tablespoons seltzer
  4. 1 strip of orange zest
  1. Pour the Lillet, Cointreau and seltzer over ice in a shaker. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the orange zest over the drink and drop it in.
