Recipe: Lillet Fizz
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 teaspoon Cointreau
- 2 tablespoons seltzer
- 1 strip of orange zest
- Pour the Lillet, Cointreau and seltzer over ice in a shaker. Shake, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist the orange zest over the drink and drop it in.
