Bartender Phil Ward named this herbaceous variation on a margarita after the smaller of two jiggers that Pegu Club staffers use to pour each drink precisely.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the basil leaves with the lime juice and Simple Syrup. Add ice and the tequila and Chartreuse. Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe.
