Lemongrass Syrup

Use this flavored syrup for the Asian Peach cocktail.

  1. 6 ounces Simple Syrup
  2. 1 lemongrass stalk, coarsely chopped
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add lemongrass. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
