Lemongrass Syrup
- SERVINGS: Makes 6 ounces
- MAKE-AHEAD
- 6 ounces Simple Syrup
- 1 lemongrass stalk, coarsely chopped
- In a small saucepan, bring the Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add lemongrass. Let cool, then cover and refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
