Lemongrass Syrup

  • SERVINGS: makes 6 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this syrup to make the Lychee & Lemongrass Fizz.

  1. 6 ounces Simple Syrup
  2. 1 stalk of fresh lemongrass, coarsely chopped
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the lemongrass. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup into an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
