- 3 fresh lemongrass stalks, smashed and coarsely chopped
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
How to make this recipe
In a small saucepan combine the ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat until the syrup coats the back of a spoon, about 30 minutes. Let cool, then strain and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
