Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce Cognac
  • 3/4 ounce palo cortado or amontillado sherry
  • 1/2 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce Simple Syrup
  • 1 ounce chilled lemon soda
  • 1 lemon twist

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon soda and lemon twist. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Stir in the lemon soda. Flame the twist over the drink, then drop it in.
