Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette

  1. 1/4 cup aged balsamic vinegar
  2. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  3. 2 teaspoons minced thyme
  4. 1/2 teaspoon pure lemon oil
  5. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a jar and shake to emulsify.
Notes

1 tablespoon Calories 38 kcal, Total Fat 3.7 gm, Saturated Fat 0.5 gm.

Salad match Dandelion greens, red orach or romaine lettuce.
