- Finely grated zest of 5 lemons
- 16 ounces fresh lemon juice
- 8 ounces Simple Syrup
- In a pitcher, combine the lemon zest, juice and Simple Syrup. Refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Strain the syrup into a large container, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
