- 1 1/2 ounces Bitter Orange Vodka or orange vodka
- 1/2 ounce Pineau des Charentes (Cognac-fortified grape juice)
- 1/2 ounce Aperol (bitter orange Italian aperitif)
- 1/2 ounce ginger liqueur
- 1/2 ounce chilled sparkling wine
- 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
- Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the grapefruit twist.
