Lavender Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 6 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this infused syrup for making the Lady Lavender's Mocktail.

  1. 6 ounces hot Simple Syrup
  2. 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
  1. In a heatproof bowl, combine the hot Simple Syrup and lavender buds. Let stand for 25 minutes, then strain into an airtight container and let cool completely. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
