Lavender Syrup

Use this infused syrup for making the Lady Lavender's Mocktail.
- 6 ounces hot Simple Syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon dried lavender buds
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the hot Simple Syrup and lavender buds. Let stand for 25 minutes, then strain into an airtight container and let cool completely. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
