Lavender Syrup

Use this syrup to make the Le Midi cocktail.

  1. 6 ounces Simple Syrup
  2. 2 teaspoons dried lavender
  1. In a small saucepan, bring the Simple Syrup to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the lavender. Let cool, then refrigerate overnight. Strain the syrup and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks
