  1. Ice
  2. 1 ounce blanco tequila
  3. 1 ounce Cynar (bitter artichoke liqueur)
  4. 1/2 ounce dry sherry
  5. 3 dashes of orange bitters
  6. 1 orange twist, flamed, for garnish
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the tequila, Cynar, sherry and orange bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the flamed orange twist.
