Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 ounce blanco tequila
  • 1 ounce Cynar (bitter artichoke liqueur)
  • 1/2 ounce dry sherry
  • 3 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1 orange twist, flamed, for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the tequila, Cynar, sherry and orange bitters and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the flamed orange twist.
