Lapsang Souchong Syrup
- SERVINGS: Makes about 6 ounces

- 1/2 cup superfine sugar
- 4 ounces hot, strong-brewed Lapsang souchong tea
- In a heatproof bowl, combine the sugar and tea. Let cool, then pour into a jar, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
