L'Amour en Fuite

Jamie Boudreau came up with this fragrant drink after sampling a bottle of St-Germain, an elderflower liqueur from France.
- 1/4 ounce absinthe
- Ice
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 3/4 ounce Lillet blanc
- 1/4 ounce St-Germain elderflower liqueur
- Rinse a chilled coupe with the absinthe, then pour it out. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients, stir well and strain into the coupe.
