In warm weather, this restaurant serves cocktails and small bites in intimate
garden alcoves lined with multicolored tiles designed by Todd Oldham.
In a mini food processor, puree the kiwi until smooth, then refrigerate until needed. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Mint Syrup. Fill
the shaker with ice, then add the rum, lime juice and kiwi puree. Shake vigorously and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with the lime wheel.
