Kiwi Cobbler

At Radius, this colorful cocktail is made with house-infused Tahitian-vanilla bean sugar.

Ingredients

  1. 10 mint leaves
  2. 1 kiwi, peeled and quartered
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1/2-inch piece of a vanilla bean, split
  5. Ice
  6. 1 1/2 ounces silver tequila
  7. 1 ounce chilled club soda

Directions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint, kiwi, sugar and vanilla. Add ice and the tequila; shake well. Pour into a highball glass, top with the soda and stir gently.
