- 1 1/4 ounces Chardonnay
- 1 1/2 teaspoons crème de cassis
- 1 to 2 ounces chilled Champagne
- 1 lemon twist
How to make this recipe
Fill two-thirds of a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Chardonnay and cassis and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, top with the Champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
