With this vermouth-based drink, Jamie Boudreau pays tribute to legendary 19th-century author and bartender Jerry Thomas. Thomas purportedly had a fondness for fortified wines, including vermouth.

  1. Ice
  2. 2 ounces dry vermouth
  3. 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  4. Dash of maraschino liqueur
  5. 1 lemon twist, for garnish
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add both vermouths and the maraschino liqueur and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
