- 2 ounces chilled club soda
- 1 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1 ounce Juniper Syrup
- 1 large egg white
- 2 ounces chilled brewed green tea
- 1 orchid or 1 lime wheel skewered with a juniper berry, for garnish
How to make this recipe
In a cocktail shaker, combine the tea, lime juice, Juniper Syrup and egg white and shake well. Add ice and shake again. Pour through a fine strainer into a chilled fizz glass. Stir in the club soda; garnish with an orchid or a skewered lime wheel.
