  • 2 ounces Old Tom gin
  • 3/4 ounce Aperol
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh orange juice
  • 3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • Ice
  • 1 lemon wheel and 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish

How to make this recipe

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Aperol and citrus juices. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wheel and grapefruit twist.
