Mixologist Erin Harris creates this fresh and floral cocktail with Old Tom gin, a lightly sweetened style of the spirit that was popular in the 18th century.

2 ounces Old Tom gin
3/4 ounce Aperol
3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
3/4 ounce fresh orange juice
3/4 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
1 lemon wheel and 1 grapefruit twist, for garnish
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Aperol and citrus juices. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the lemon wheel and grapefruit twist.
