Delicious, Quick Side Dishes
1 small jicama (about 1 pound), peeled and finely diced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients.
