Use this jasmine-infused gin to make a Jasmine Gin Fizz cocktail.

  1. 8 ounces gin
  2. 2 jasmine tea bags
  1. In a jar, combine the gin with the tea bags. Let stand for 1 hour. Discard the tea bags. (Leftover infused gin can be kept at room temperature for up to 1 month.)
