Jalapeño Tequila

Use this infused tequila to make the Cinder cocktail by Philip Ward.

  1. 5 ounces blanco tequila
  2. 1 jalapeño, halved and seeded
  1. In a jar, combine the blanco tequila with the jalapeño. Let stand for 30 minutes. Discard the jalapeño.
Make Ahead Leftover infused tequila can be kept at room temperature for up to 1 month.
