Philip Duff updated the Moscow Mule (vodka, lime juice and ginger beer) by adding raspberries and then amplifying the berry flavor with balsamic vinegar.
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
1/4 ounce Rich Simple Syrup
1/2 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar
2 ounces chilled ginger beer
How to Make It
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the ginger beer.
