Italian Berry Mule
- SERVINGS: Makes 1 drink
Philip Duff updated the Moscow Mule (vodka, lime juice and ginger beer) by adding raspberries and then amplifying the berry flavor with balsamic vinegar.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries. Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the ginger beer and shake well. Strain the drink into an ice-filled highball glass and stir in the ginger beer.
