Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce cane syrup (see Note)
  • Dash of Angostura bitters

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the rum, lime juice and cane syrup and shake well. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with the bitters.
