Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces coconut water
  • 1 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce Ginger Syrup
  • 2 ounces chilled club soda
  • 1 lime wedge

How to make this recipe

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the coconut water, lime juice and Ginger Syrup and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice. Top with the club soda and a squeeze of lime and stir well.
