Co-owner William Tigertt uses vanilla-spiced bianco vermouth in his low-proof spin on a dry Manhattan.

Ingredients

1. Ice
2. 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
3. 1 1/2 ounces bianco vermouth (sweet white vermouth)
4. 1 lemon twist

Directions

1. Fill a pint glass with ice. Add the bourbon and vermouth and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the lemon twist.
