  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (see Note)
  • 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and minced
