This amazingly clean and crisp drink is made with Dimmi, an organic wheat spirit infused with licorice, vanilla, bitter orange and rhubarb. Here it's mixed with celery and lemon bitters, available from cocktailkingdom.com.
1 1/2 ounces gin
3/4 ounce Dimmi (herbal Italian liqueur)
3/4 ounce Lillet blanc
Dash of celery bitters
Dash of lemon bitters
1 tangerine or orange twist, for garnish
How to Make It
Fill a pint glass with ice. Add all of the remaining ingredients except the garnish and stir well. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with the tangerine twist.
