Hot Chocolate Sauce
- SERVINGS: Makes about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 pound imported bittersweet chocolate, cut into small pieces
- In a small saucepan, bring the cream to a simmer over moderate heat. Add the chocolate, turn off the heat and cover. Let stand for 10 minutes, then whisk to blend. Rewarm just before serving.
