I discovered I don't need so much cream and butter. it is kind of like mashed potatoes. About to cook it though.

Yum. Added crumbled roquefort on top and let it brown in the oven.

Loved this recipe.  Smooth, silky, creamy cauliflower.  Made it to with our ham on New Year's Day.  My husband loved it too.
