Horseradish Cream

  1. 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
  2. 1/4 cup freshly grated horseradish root or drained prepared horseradish
  3. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  4. Salt and freshly ground pepper
  1. In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche, horseradish and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Make Ahead The cream can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
