- 1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1/4 cup freshly grated horseradish root or drained prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- In a bowl, combine the crème fraîche, horseradish and lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
