  • 1/2 pound fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 slices toasted country bread
  • 1/2 cup drained jarred sour cherries, chopped
  • 4 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto (8 slices)

How to make this recipe

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese and milk. Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat the cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in the olive oil. Scrape the cheese into a ramekin or small bowl. Drizzle the honey on top. Serve with the toasted bread, the cherries and prosciutto.
