Honey Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 12 ounces
  • MAKE-AHEAD

Use this flavored syrup to make the Yerba Mora or the Honeysuckle with Absinthe cocktails.

  1. 1 cup honey
  2. 1 cup hot water
  1. In a jar, combine the honey with the hot water. Close tightly and shake the mixture well. Refrigerate the Honey Syrup for up to 1 month.
