Honey Syrup

  • SERVINGS: Makes about 6 ounces
  • •MAKE-AHEAD

Use this syrup for making the Haitian Apricot cocktail.

  1. 1/2 cup honey
  2. 4 ounces water
  1. In a small saucepan, melt the honey in the water over moderate heat until blended. Remove from the heat and let cool, then refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
